Enrolling a child takes about five minutes.

Four cohorts, ages 6 to 16, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. There is no cost and no equipment to buy.

How enrollment works

A parent or legal guardian starts the form below with the child's basic information and a way to reach you.
An intake coordinator calls to confirm the details, answer questions, and place the child in the cohort that fits their age and schedule.
You review and sign the consent and health information at the first session. Nothing is final until a guardian has signed.
The child trains. Cohort placement can be adjusted in the first two weeks if the fit is wrong.
